Bellasarius Baxter Caldari Starbase Solutions	Posted - 2009.03.27 19:59:00 - [1] A bit of an attempt to help those with patching errors: 1) In the future make a BACKUP of the EVE install BEFORE attempting to patch. This only helps next time unfortunately. 2) Disable any Virus scanner, and other protection software you might have on your computer before starting the patching process. Some software in that category messes the patching procedure up. 3) If someone has had the patch complete, but get errors when starting the game, could you please try computing a md5sum hash value set using this program: Inside and post the result here. The program is fairly easy to use, all you need to do is to install it and start the Inside/md5sum/Create md5sum program, and point it to your EVE directory. Please uncheck the "Include subfolders" option. See next post for a complete md5 list of my EVE files.

Windows installation files: common.ini+stdlib.ccp Let us know if that helps/changes anything.

CRC error Did you copy/move the stdlib.ccp file to the Lib folder under the EVE installation ?? The stdlib.ccp file must be moved there from your main EVE folder.... ??
